In order for the swim coaches, Amber-sky Tucker and Beth Ginger to stay organized for each swim meet they MUST know if a swimmer is going to be absent for a swim meet. They will assume all swimmers will be at the meet unless notified by email the Monday morning prior to the swim meet. We cannot stress how important notification is. If one swimmer is gone without notification it affects the whole team.
