VACATION FORM
If a swimmer or diver is going to miss a meet, you must submit a vacation request form at practice or email a note to Coach Amber Sky (swim) or Coach Deb (dive) no later than the Monday at 10am prior to the meet. Dive meets are on Tuesdays and swim meets are on Wednesdays.
